I couldn’t be happier with Hallmark billiards dealing with Scott and getting my table that I had stored over 10 years reassembled with the value-added services. They made my experience stress-free and delivered on their promises. I would recommend Hallmark and Scott for any of your billiards needs.

Phenomenal experience moving a pool table with this group. Table was picked up from a friend, deconstructed, brought to my place, and put back together perfectly, all in under 3 hours. Movers were really friendly and very knowledgeable about how and where to optimally place the table.

The cost to move a pool table in the Greater Toronto Area can vary based on several factors, including the table's size and model (e.g., a three-piece slate vs. a one-piece), the distance of the move, and any complexities like stairs or tight corners. For a precise and detailed breakdown of costs and what to expect from a professional moving service, we've created a comprehensive guide.
Absolutely. Our team of experienced service technicians is skilled in servicing a wide variety of pool tables, regardless of where they were originally purchased. We offer a full range of services, including re-clothing, leveling, and re-rubbering, for most major brands. You can trust our professional team to handle your investment with expert care.
The frequency for re-felting, or re-clothing, your pool table depends entirely on usage. For a residential table with average family use, we typically recommend re-felting every three to five years to maintain optimal playability. For tables in commercial settings or those under heavy, daily use, re-felting may be required annually to ensure the best performance and appearance.
These are two distinct but vital maintenance services.
Re-clothing refers to replacing the felt (cloth) on the playing surface (the bed) and the rails. This is done to address wear and tear, stains, or to simply update the color and improve ball roll.
Re-rubbering involves replacing the rubber cushions along the inside of the rails. Over time, these cushions can harden and lose their bounce, which negatively affects the ball's rebound and overall gameplay. Re-rubbering restores the table's proper playing dynamics.
