Sales Policies

  • All Pool Tables come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. There is no warranty on cloth or pockets. Refer to the individual Manufacturer’s warranty for details.

  • Hallmark Billiards strongly suggests that the Purchaser, or a family member, or a friend be present during the installation. Upon completion of installation, a signature will be required to confirm that the table is complete, in good condition, and has a level playing surface. If no one is available to sign for the table installation, the installer representing Hallmark Billiards will inspect the table in good faith, sign for its completion, and provide written comments regarding any issues, if present.

  • Once the table has been installed and accepted, there is no warranty for its level. Hallmark Billiards strongly advises against sitting, leaning, standing, or attempting to move your pool table. If you need to move your table, please call us for professional service.

  • Any remaining balance owed to Hallmark Billiards for the pool table purchase must be paid before installation. This balance will be charged to the credit card used for the deposit 3 days prior to the scheduled installation date.

  • Hallmark Billiards will not accept any withheld payment due to service issues from the installation or errors and non-delivery of accessories. While back-orders can occasionally occur, Hallmark Billiards will fulfill the order in its entirety as soon as possible.

  • For all GTA deliveries, the available slots are: A.M. arrival between 10:00 and 2:00 or P.M. arrival between 2:00 and 6:00. For deliveries outside the GTA, the delivery window is between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. On the day of your installation, feel free to call us for a more specific estimated time of arrival. However, unforeseen delays such as manufacturer setbacks, vehicle malfunctions, traffic incidents, severe weather, illnesses, etc., might necessitate a delay or rescheduling of your installation.

  • Pool Table installations and furniture deliveries might not always be handled by the same teams. Separate appointments might be necessary.

  • Due to insurance limitations, neither Hallmark Billiards nor their installers are permitted to install lights, wall racks, or any other fixtures needing to be attached to ceilings or walls.

  • No two pieces of wood are identical. Nature takes years to craft each tree, and variations in grain and color are indicators of genuine wood. These variations ensure each piece has its own distinctive marks and personality. This principle applies to genuine wood furniture and pool tables alike. The finest solids and veneers will have slight variations in grain and finish, consistent with all high-quality furniture.

  • There is no warranty on cues. Hallmark Billiards accepts returns for CREDIT ONLY, provided the cue is returned within 7 days and has not been chalked, used, or damaged.

  • Final pricing is subject to management approval. Totals on this invoice can be corrected for any mathematical errors. Customers will be credited or debited for any discrepancies.

  • Merchandise remains the property of Hallmark Billiards until paid in full.

  • Hallmark Billiards is fully insured and maintains good standing with the Workers Compensation Board.

  • Restocking Charges:
    a.  50% on Pool Tables and Custom-ordered Furniture.
    b.  15% on all cash and carry items.

  • All service work must be prepaid in full.
