Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Hallmark Billiards along with our suppliers, vouch for the quality of our products. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, they may be returned within 30 days (shipping prepaid) for a refund of the original purchase price.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Please return the item within 30 days from the purchase date in its original condition and factory sealed packaging.
  • Product should be returned with shipping prepaid.
  • Upon presenting the original receipt or packing slip, we’ll be pleased to exchange or refund the merchandise, with refunds being processed in the original payment method.
  • Returns without a receipt will be exchanged for merchandise or credited at the last sale price; photo ID may be required.
  • Gift returns without a receipt, can be exchanged or credited in store, though refunds require return to our web department via the next store delivery and processed by Customer Service. A receipt will be provided in-store with our customer service toll free number for any further assistance needed.
  • Custom, special order, imprinted or custom stained merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Billiard tables and game room furniture, being custom stained to your preference, are considered custom products and are non-returnable.
  • We reserve the discretion to limit or deny the return of certain products and non-receipted products, with a restocking fee possibly applicable on certain returned items.
  • Defective items may be exchanged for a replacement of the same item or repaired, with the original receipt, as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Should a replacement be temporarily unavailable, a credit note will be issued for redemption once the item is back in stock.

Return Procedure

  • If the goods were delivered to the ‘bill to’ address, detach the Packing Slip from the original invoice. Note: The Packing Slip is shipped with the parcel (without pricing) when the ‘bill to’ and ‘ship to’ addresses differ, while the Original Invoice is sent to the ‘bill to’ address separately.
  • Indicate the reason for return on the Packing Slip.
  • Ensure the goods are undamaged and placed in a protective cardboard box for return shipment.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to acknowledge receipt, and inform you of the refund’s approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund hasn’t appeared, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as there can be some processing time before a refund is posted. If after completing these steps, you still haven’t received your refund, email us at Gary@hallmarkbilliards.com.
