Delivery Area and Pricing
Listed delivery and installation prices apply to addresses in the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Peel, Halton, York and Durham regions). For addresses outside the GTA, we calculate the delivery cost after your order is placed and email you an invoice for any difference. If you decline the additional charge, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Delivery and Installation Scheduling
For deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), the available arrival windows are:
- Morning: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Afternoon: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
For deliveries outside the GTA, the delivery window is 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
On the day of installation, customers may call Hallmark Billiards for a more specific estimated arrival time. Manufacturer delays, vehicle malfunctions, traffic incidents, severe weather, illness and other unforeseen circumstances may require a delay or rescheduling.
Pool-table installation and furniture delivery might not be handled by the same teams. Separate appointments may therefore be necessary.
Installation Requirements
Hallmark Billiards strongly recommends that the purchaser, a family member or a friend be present during installation. A signature is required when installation is complete to confirm that the table is complete, in good condition and has a level playing surface. If no one is available, the installer will inspect the table in good faith, sign for completion and provide written comments regarding any issues.
Due to insurance limitations, neither Hallmark Billiards nor its installers are permitted to install lights, wall racks or any other fixtures that must be attached to ceilings or walls.
