Hallmark Billiards is operated by Apollo Electronics Inc. ("Hallmark Billiards", "we", "us"), 5200 Dixie Road, Units 1 & 2, Mississauga, Ontario L4W 1E4, Canada.
Sales Policies and Procedures
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All pool tables come with a manufacturer’s warranty. There is no warranty on cloth or pockets. Refer to the individual manufacturer’s warranty for complete details.
Installation Acceptance
Hallmark Billiards strongly recommends that the purchaser, a family member or a friend be present during installation. Upon completion, a signature is required to confirm that the table is complete, in good condition and has a level playing surface. If no one is available to sign, the installer representing Hallmark Billiards will inspect the table in good faith, sign for completion and provide written comments regarding any issues.
Once a table has been installed and accepted, there is no warranty for its level. Do not sit, lean or stand on a pool table, or attempt to move it. Contact Hallmark Billiards for professional moving service.
Payment Terms
Any remaining balance owed to Hallmark Billiards for a pool-table purchase must be paid before installation. The balance will be charged to the credit card used for the deposit three days before the scheduled installation date.
Hallmark Billiards will not accept withheld payment due to installation service issues or errors, back-orders or non-delivery of accessories. While back-orders can occasionally occur, Hallmark Billiards will fulfill the order in its entirety as soon as possible.
All service work must be prepaid in full.
Installation Limitations
Due to insurance limitations, neither Hallmark Billiards nor its installers are permitted to install lights, wall racks or other fixtures that must be attached to ceilings or walls.
Natural Wood Variations
No two pieces of wood are identical. Variations in grain and colour are characteristics of genuine wood and give each piece distinctive marks and personality. This applies to genuine wood furniture and pool tables. Fine solids and veneers may have slight variations in grain and finish consistent with high-quality furniture.
Cues
There is no warranty on cues. Hallmark Billiards accepts cue returns for store credit only when the cue is returned within seven days and has not been chalked, used or damaged.
Pricing and Ownership
Final pricing is subject to management approval. Invoice totals may be corrected for mathematical errors, and customers will be credited or debited for discrepancies.
Merchandise remains the property of Hallmark Billiards until paid in full.
Hallmark Billiards is fully insured and maintains good standing with the Workers Compensation Board.
Restocking Charges
- 50% on pool tables and custom-ordered furniture.
- 15% on all cash-and-carry items.
